Unemployment & Me

I’ve managed to fail quite epicly in updating this again, seems to happen more often than not.

As an opener I’m going to get things started much the way the early posting on here went: with a little ranting. I am now unemployed, no matter how much I dislike working, it pays the bills and stops me from being as bored. That said, I actually really enjoyed the company I worked for for the most part. Great management team over all, good atmosphere, and some pretty awesome co-workers. That all ended though of course because the company we were contracted to do support with decided they wanted to put all their eggs in one basket. So, here I am, unemployed with no form of income. That leaves me kinda fucked on two points, Arizona has zero workers rights, which means no severance package for me. Also, since Arizona legislators obviously hate the people that pay their bills, we have one of the lowest unemployment wages in the country. Epic fail.

I’ve manage to stay mad bored lately while looking for new work, sadly there isnt much in this stagnant job market. All I have to look forward to right now is getting a new job, and the conferences coming up in the next few months.
